One of the first things to note though is that there are different types of Omega three and although all of them are good for you the research is showing that it is the DHA fat found in oily fish such as salmon, mackerel and tuna that have the most benefits for you.

There are a lot of people suffering from chronic inflammation these days, which is mainly due to having too high an omega six intake.
